The service

Tibidi suggests real-world challenges and lets you track them, save notes and photos, follow multi-day packs, and join groups. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Challenges are suggestions only — you are responsible for your own safety and for acting lawfully and sensibly when completing them.

Your content

You keep ownership of the notes and photos you add. You grant us the limited right to store and display that content to you (and, where you choose, to your groups) in order to operate the service. Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or that violates others’ privacy.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or use it to harm others. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

No warranty & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
